First Step for Mold Testing and Remediation

Wondering what to do if you’re worried there’s mold in your home? First, you need an inspection combined with an air test. The cost of the inspection and air test depends on a variety of factors like location of mold, size of home, and amount of area inspected. If you’ve had an inspection by another company we will gladly give you a FREE ESTIMATE for mold removal or remediation. If you think you might need a mold inspection with an air test, let us do it. An inspection is necessary to establish what needs to be done, and an air test will rule out if the mold spores have spread throughout the structure and hvac system.

Effects of Mold

Mold can easily spread from attics or basements, into all other areas of the home. Side effects and symptoms may occur as a result of the mold, if it’s not properly remediated. The mold that you can’t see and is not localized to one area of the structure, can cause you, your family or employees, great harm.

Proper Remediation

Properly remediating mold means solving either one, or multiple reasons, as to why the mold spread. Sometimes this can be as easy as identifying hydrostatic pressure from the basement. Other reasons can be much more complex and related to proper household airflow. Don’t pay for mold remediation twice. Have your problem solved by an expert.
