James makes our life easy;He is courteuous; promptly replies to phone or email messages; the product he uses has low volatiles, no residual odor, nothing perfumey, dries fast, so work is resumed in the time it takes to get lunch!

I am blown away by the service, professionalism and general knowledge shown by the owner. I LOVE my clean carpets. I have lived all over the United States and I believe this is the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. I have signed on for the long term - a regular cleaning schedule so I will never be without the wonderful smell and look of clean carpets! Thanks for the great work cleaning our carpets. Due to the heavy traffic and several dogs, things were a bit out of hand but your were able to fix that in short order!
